Delete your Dinkum account

Deletion permanently removes your account, saved company details, customers, services, cloud invoices, linked tool history and signup data. Export records you need before continuing. PDFs already saved or shared remain in those locations.

Website subscriptions are cancelled during deletion. Apple and Google subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store settings. Payment providers may retain transaction records. A non-reversible billing identifier fingerprint is retained to prevent delayed billing events recreating deleted data.

Checking your sign-in…

If you cannot sign in, contact hello@dinkuminvoice.com.au from your account email to request deletion. We need to verify ownership before removing data. Do not email your password or sign-in code.
